Delete Your Scaled Creator Account
You can delete your Scaled Creator account at any time, from the app, from the website, or by asking us by email.
1. Delete It Yourself
In the mobile app: open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm.
On the website: sign in, open your Profile, click Delete Account, and type delete to confirm.
2. Ask Us To Delete It
If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, email support@scaledcreator.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by email once your account is deleted.
3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- You're signed out and can no longer sign in to that account.
- Any active subscription is cancelled, so you won't be charged again. Refunds follow our Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- We stop posting your videos.
- Videos already posted to your Instagram, Facebook or YouTube stay there. You can delete them on those platforms.
4. Data We Delete And Data We Keep
We delete your account and personal data, including your name, email address, connected account details and your video and link settings, within 30 days of your request.
We keep billing and payment records, such as invoices, transactions and affiliate payouts, for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
